Textico first came into existence in the year 1960’s by name of Habibullah & Sons, which was started by grandfather Habibullah Ansari and later in 1986 the second generation modernised the business and name as well, which led to the name Textico. Textico is based in Bhadohi also referred as “Carpet city” as Bhadohi is the largest exporter of Handmade Carpets in the world and Textico also started its Bhadohi as a small manufacturer and exporter of fine handmade carpets and rugs after which there has been no looking back and now due to its product development, consumer satisfaction, good work ethics Textico is one of the leading companies in the handmade carpet industry.

As the company increased in size so did its product line from Tufted, Durries to Hand knotted Carpets you name it and therefore it is safe to say it has turned into a one stop shop as a person can buy everything under one roof but this did not limit the product diversification as Textico is adding more product lines and the very recent addition to the product line is Poufs and Pillow in order to give the consumer the flexibility to buy coordinated poufs and pillows as their carpet and even select many other different colours and design to complete their shopping for home decoration. Textico participates in number of Fairs and Exhibitions like IHGF Delhi Fair, India Carpet Expo Delhi, India Carpet Expo Varanasi, Textile India Gujarat, and Domotex Germany so you can always visit us at the Fairs.
